Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing data‑driven credit risk strategies to support profitable growth and risk management across the credit lifecycle. Design and refine data‑driven credit strategies across the customer lifecycle (e.G., acquisition, underwriting, line management, collections).
Perform deep‑dive analysis on portfolio performance, risk metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends and recommend actions. Assist in the ongoing evaluation of credit policies and risk appetite frameworks to optimize profitability and minimize losses. Develop performance dashboards and reports to track KPIs, credit outcomes, and the effectiveness of strategies over time.
Design and execute A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to evaluate strategy performance and drive continuous improvement. Job Requirements Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Financial Analysis, or a related field Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in credit risk, credit strategy, or analytics within the financial services industry.
Experience with A/B testing, champion/challenger frameworks, and performance tracking. Experience with SAS, SQL, and Python Experience with Credit Risk Modeling
Exposure to automated decisioning systems and real‑time credit decision engines is desired SAS, SQL, Python, or Credit Risk Modeling certifications are desired #J-18808-Ljbffr
