Pan American School is an American-International school in Porto Alegre serving students from Preschool (age 3) through Grade 12. As the only international school in Rio Grande do Sul, we offer an English-language, American-style education alongside international programs such as the IB PYP, IB MYP, and Advanced Placement (AP). The Infrastructure Analyst ensures the operational availability, stability, and security of the School’s IT environment, including network systems, servers, telephony, and data protection compliance.
Mandatory Requirements
- Completed or nearly completed Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Security;
- 2 years of experience as an Infrastructure Analyst or Network Administrator;
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networks;
- Solid knowledge of Windows systems administration;
- Experience with Veeam backup;
- Experience with structured cabling / GPON;
- Experience with Information Security / LGPD;
- Knowledge of FortiGate and SonicWall firewall configuration and management;
- Knowledge of corporate Wi-Fi administration (Ruckus);
- Knowledge of IP Telephony (Intelbras);
- Knowledge of monitoring systems (Grafana/Zabbix);
- Advanced level of English;
- ITIL framework knowledge and/or certification;
- Familiarity with Furukawa GPON optical cabling;
- Proven experience in network and systems documentation.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:18 pm (with 1 hour for lunch).
