The Infrastructure Analyst ensures the operational availability, stability, and security of the School’s IT environment, including network systems, servers, telephony, and data protection compliance.

Mandatory Requirements

• Completed or nearly completed Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Security;
• 2 years of experience as an Infrastructure Analyst or Network Administrator;
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networks;
• Solid knowledge of Windows systems administration;
• Experience with Veeam backup;
• Experience with structured cabling / GPON;
• Experience with Information Security / LGPD;
• Knowledge of FortiGate and SonicWall firewall configuration and management;
• Knowledge of corporate Wi-Fi administration (Ruckus);
• Knowledge of IP Telephony (Intelbras);
• Knowledge of monitoring systems (Grafana/Zabbix);
• Advanced level of English;
• ITIL framework knowledge and/or certification;
• Familiarity with Furukawa GPON optical cabling;
• Proven experience in network and systems documentation.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:18 pm (with 1 hour for lunch).
