AI Engineer

Job Description: Job Title: AI Engineer (Backend Focus – CMS Copilot Integration) Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with a strong backend development background to design and implement intelligent CMS copilots. The role will focus on integrating advanced LLMs such as Claude into content management systems to enhance automation, content generation, and user productivity. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop AI-powered copilot features within CMS platforms Integrate LLM APIs (., Claude) for content generation, summarization, and workflow automation Build scalable backend services and APIs to support AI functionalities Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver seamless user experiences Ensure performance, security, and reliability of AI integrations Continuously evaluate and optimize prompt engineering and model performance Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in backend development (Java, Python, , or similar) Hands-on experience with LLM integrations and API-based architectures Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI/ML concepts Experience with CMS platforms and content workflows Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud environments Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with generative AI tools and copilots Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
