Ai Engineer

Overview The AI Engineer works on building and improving matching systems that connect candidates to jobs. The focus is on making sure matching is fair, accurate, and works well for candidates who have different accommodation needs. This role involves testing ideas, improving performance, and working closely with product and engineering teams.

What You Will Do Build and improve candidate matching logic Test matching results to reduce bias Improve how accommodation needs are considered in matching Work with structured and unstructured data Test performance on large datasets Document how models and logic work Support integration of AI features into the product Tools You Will Use Python or similar programming languages Data processing tools and libraries Simple testing and evaluation tools Documentation tools like Notion or Google Docs What We’re Looking For Required Experience with Python or similar languages Understanding of data processing and algorithms Interest in fairness and responsible use of AI Ability to test and improve models Clear documentation and communication skills Nice to Have Experience with machine learning models Experience working with product or engineering teams Experience handling large datasets Who You Are Curious and detail-focused Comfortable testing and improving systems Care about fairness and accuracy Able to explain technical work in simple terms Pay and Benefits Salary: $40,000 per year Flexible work options Paid time off Supportive and inclusive work environment EnabledTalent encourages applications from people with disabilities and from all backgrounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
