In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn business challenges into scalable, intelligent systems using machine learning, natural language processing, and modern AI frameworks.**Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:*** Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.* Build end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.* Integrate AI models into applications, services, and workflows using APIs or custom architecture.* Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.* Optimize models for performance, scalability, interpretability, and cost-efficiency.* Monitor, debug, and continuously improve AI systems post‐deployment.* Research emerging AI technologies and assess their application within the organization.* Ensure all AI initiatives meet ethical, security, and compliance standards.**The ideal candidate:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.* Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), plus experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.* Experience building and deploying machine learning/deep learning models in production environments.* Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and ML Ops tools.* Experience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and vector databases.* Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.* Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML models.* Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).* Understanding of responsible AI principles and model governance.Hiring Reason - New Role#SSCSJ*Holt Renfrew is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
