We are Stronger, Together! We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our forward-thinking team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building cutting-edge AI solutions, has a strong technical foundation, and excels in collaborative environments. As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced data products and AI-powered applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, Front-End Developers, and ML Engineers—to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable AI applications from concept to deployment; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features; Architect and implement efficient and reusable AI systems; Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices; Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback and mentor junior team members; Staying up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience); Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, embeddings; 2+ years of experience developing AI / data products in a hands-on capacity; Proficiency in the modern data science stack (Python, NumPy, pandas); Strong cloud engineering skills and ample experience taking AI ideas to production; Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data warehouses; Familiarity with RESTful APIs; Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies; Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in relaying complex concepts to non-technical users. Position Details Position Title: AI Engineer Salary: 110,000.00 - 150,000.00 Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Hybrid: 3 Days a Week - Toronto/ Mississauga In accordance with provincial legislation and our commitment to transparent hiring practices, the compensation range for this position is provided.
