AI Developer (GenAI / LLM)

Job Description: We are seeking an Expert AI Developer with strong experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building intelligent agents and AI-driven components capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks. This role involves working closely with prompt engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Location: New York, NY (Onsite/Hybrid) Visa: USC / Green Card Only Work Exp: 5 to 8 years Key Responsibilities: Design and develop AI agents/components that can reason, plan, and act autonomously Build and implement LLM-based applications using modern frameworks Develop and manage memory systems and tool-use capabilities for AI agents Work closely with prompt engineers to optimize prompts and outputs Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines Integrate embeddings and vector databases for semantic search and retrieval Collaborate with cloud teams to deploy solutions on Azure cloud stack Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong programming expertise in Python Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks Solid understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architecture Experience working with Azure cloud services Familiarity with tools/frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Eligibility : Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis USC or Green Card holders only
