Agri Business Manager/ Incubation Manager

A postgraduate in management with 2–3 years of experience in business planning, market research, fundraising, and startup incubation is an ideal candidate. Preference will be given to candidates with an undergraduate degree in agriculture or allied sciences. The candidate should be willing to support incubatees by connecting them with R&D centres, funding agencies, with each other and exploring new market opportunities.

Strong proficiency in English writing for preparing incubator profiles, reports, and related documentation, along with willingness to undertake field work as required.

Responsibilities

• Identification of potential incubatees for SRISTI-BioNEST.
• Development of business strategies for the quality assurance, growth and market expansion of SRISTI products.
• Identification of new business opportunities aligned with the objectives of SRISTI and SRISTI Innovations.
• Promotion of collaborations with industries, organizations, and start-ups.
• Preparation of incubator profiles, reports, and related documentation in English.
• Undertaking field visits as required to support incubation activities and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent
• Preferable, an undergraduate degree in agriculture or allied scciences.
• 2+ years' of relevant work experience
• General business skills including business planning, market research, fundraising, and startup incubation
• Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment
