Duties
- Nursing care of adults with ID conditions in a residential setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Medication management
- Nursing assessments, completing and updating care plans
- Working with the MDT to facilitate the individual needs of residents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in ID or General Nursing, and Active Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
- Minimum 6 months post registration ID experience
- Eligible to work in Ireland
- Registered with Clarity Locums (or willing to register)
