Job Description Job Description Affordable Housing Manager – Downtown San Diego Location We are seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Manager to join our team at a community located in the San Diego downtown area. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily property operations, ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, etc.) Manage resident relations and provide excellent customer service Supervise staff and ensure efficient property performance Handle leasing, recertifications, and compliance documentation Maintain occupancy goals and support overall community success Qualifications: Prior experience in affordable housing/property management required Strong knowledge of compliance programs (HUD, Tax Credit, or similar) Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working with senior communities is a big plus Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm If you are a motivated professional with a passion for affordable housing and community management, we would love to hear from you!
