About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Media Buyer with strong expertise in CPL and Lead Generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns in Home Insurance, Home Improvement, and Auto Insurance verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize CPL/Lead Generation campaigns.
• Manage campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, NewsBreak, or TikTok Ads.
• Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROI, and lead quality.
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CPLs and performance.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics.
• Conduct audience, creative, placement, and campaign-level testing.
• Analyze performance data and implement optimization strategies.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
• Work closely with affiliate, creative, and operations teams to improve campaign performance.
• Stay updated with platform policies, algorithm changes, and performance marketing trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Media Buying / Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms:
• Facebook Ads
• Google Ads
• NewsBreak
• TikTok Ads
• Strong experience in CPL / Lead Generation campaigns.
• Experience working with Home Insurance, Home Improvement, and/or Auto Insurance verticals.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROI, and lead quality.
• Proven ability to optimize and scale campaigns profitably.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience handling US lead generation campaigns.
• Experience managing significant daily/monthly ad budgets.
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, lead buyers, and CPL funnels.
• Experience with campaign testing, scaling, and performance optimization.
