Role Description The Admissions & Outreach Assistant Manager – South India is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The position involves managing end-to-end admissions processes, including responding to inquiries, guiding prospective learners through application steps, and coordinating selection activities. The role includes planning and executing outreach initiatives across South India, such as school and college visits, information sessions, education fairs, and community engagement programs.

The Assistant Manager will collaborate with internal teams to develop communication materials, maintain accurate applicant and outreach data, and prepare reports to support enrollment goals. The role also requires building relationships with stakeholders, tracking market trends, and representing Muthoot Business School in a professional and inclusive manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with prospective learners, families, and institutional partners.
• Community Outreach skills to plan, organize, and participate in events and initiatives across South India.
• Research abilities to analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and outreach effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in admissions, student recruitment, or education marketing preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi, travel within South India as needed, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Saalry : Upto 6 LPA + Incentives (Depends on the current CTC)
