Synergie Australia is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Support Officer to join our valued client in Willawong, QLD. This maternity leave cover role is ideal for an organised administrator who takes pride in accurate records, workplace safety, and keeping a busy operations office running smoothly.

The important parts:

• Pay: $35.80 per hour
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
• Employment Type: Maternity leave cover until 28 February 2027, with possible extension or conversion

What you will be required to do:

You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team, maintain accurate safety documentation, and help keep office systems organised and up to date.

• Complete general administrative duties and accurate data entry
• Manage, maintain, and organise workplace safety documents
• Convert hardcopy records into well-organised digital files
• Support the day-to-day management of the site office
• Assist the Operations Coordinator as required

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have previous administration, data entry, or office support experience
• Be confident using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and an excellent attendance mindset
• Show a genuine commitment to workplace safety
• Be self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Bring strong attention to detail and sound organisational skills
