Join RAC WA’s roadside services team in a permanent part-time (30 hours a week) role where your customer service skills and attention to detail will make a real impact. We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Admin Support Officer to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to assist with customer and account enquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support for the business wise team
  • Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and internal systems
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting account administration
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries and invoices
  • Assisting with account reconciliations and processing documentation
  • Promoting RAC products and services to support customer needs

About you:

  • Experience in a sales or customer service environment promoting products
  • Previous administration or call centre experience (Desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Team player who enjoys working in a team environment
