About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Admin to join the Optimum Care Group team on a full-time basis. Based in Cranbourne VIC 3977, this role is essential to the smooth operation of our organisation. As Admin, you will provide critical administrative and organisational support to ensure our business functions efficiently.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our team whilst developing your administrative expertise in a dynamic healthcare and support services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining accurate administrative records, databases and filing systems
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to team members and management
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and scheduling activities
- Processing and organising correspondence, documents and communications
- Answering and directing telephone enquiries and managing reception duties as required
- Assisting with data entry, spreadsheet management and report preparation
- Supporting the organisation of office operations and maintaining office standards
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication
- Supporting Admin manager with documentations, paper work Servcie agreements, risk assessment documentation.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT competency
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Professional approach to confidentiality and data management
- Customer service orientation and a positive, helpful attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the healthcare, aged care or community services sector is advantageous but not essential
