We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Solar Admin Coordinator to join our growing solar business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and being the go-to person for all administrative tasks within a busy and supportive team environment.
This role has been expanded into a full-time position, providing additional responsibility, ownership, and the opportunity to play a key role in supporting our ongoing growth.
About the Role
As our Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative functions, supporting the admin team, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and ensuring our day-to-day processes run smoothly.
You will work closely with the Admin Manager and wider team, acting as a key point of contact for administration support and workflow coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for all admin tasks and support requests
- Assist with day-to-day administrative operations across the business
- Assist with processing and lodging jobs through Synergy, Western Power, and Plenti
- Manage customer and internal enquiries through Zoho Desk
- Audit paperwork, documentation, and job lodgements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support, guide, and train new admin team members
- Act as a key support person for the wider administration team
- Assist the Admin Manager with daily operations and process improvements
- Complete additional projects and business initiatives as required
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative coordination, senior admin, or team support role
- Experience in call centre or high-volume customer service environments highly desirable
- Solar or renewable energy experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple systems, priorities, and workflows
- A proactive team player who enjoys problem-solving and supporting others
- Experience training or mentoring team members is highly regarded
