Acturis Engineer

Hiring : Acturis Engineer Employment Type : Contract Location : Remote Experience : 3-6 Years Role Purpose The Engineer is responsible for Acturis configuration build and endtoend data migration delivery, including ETL development, data validation, test support, and deployment across UAT and production environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Acturis Configuration Build Build and configure: Workflows and process logic User roles & access profiles Document templates MI initial reports Product and insurer configurations Implement integration touchpoints where required (e.g., finance, reporting feeds).

Work with the Technical BA to validate functional accuracy of configuration. 2. Data Migration Engineering Build and document ETL/migration scripts based on mapping templates. Transform and cleanse data from Singapore sources (policy, billing, claims).

Deliver iterative test loads into UAT and refine based on defects. Execute final migration into production with full reconciliation. 3. Data Quality, Validation & Reconciliation Apply transformation rules to achieve highquality, reconciled migration outputs.

Perform data validation checks (record counts, completeness, accuracy). Resolve data defects, reload data, and maintain error logs. 4. Testing Support Provide test data extracts for UAT.

Troubleshoot issues arising from configuration, workflow logic, or migration outputs. Support defect remediation in collaboration with Acturis and the BA. 5. GoLive & Hypercare Perform final data loads, postload reconciliations, and workflow validation.

Support user access provisioning and environment readiness. Provide triage and rapid issue resolution during stabilisation. Skills & Experience : 36 years engineering experience with insurance platforms or financial systems.

Strong SQL/ETL ability (any enterprise ETL tooling acceptable). Experience building migration pipelines and reconciling large datasets. Acturis configuration experience strongly required .

Comfortable working with structured/unstructured data sets and incomplete legacy data. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
