WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We’re looking for a Manager – Accounts Payable who will lead the payable function of our accounts department. This person will ensure accurate and timely processing of payables, manage cash flow efficiently, handle vendor queries professionally, and lead the AP team to deliver excellence.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time Prepare and maintain payable sheets, ensuring reconciliation and accuracy Manage cash flow to meet operational requirements and optimize fund allocation Handle vendor queries, resolve payment issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships Lead, mentor, and manage the AP team, ensuring accountability and adherence to processes Audit the team’s work regularly to maintain compliance and correctness Review ledgers, invoices, and accounting records for completeness and accuracy Coordinate with internal teams and auditors during financial reviews Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize errors WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and accounting functions Strong managerial experience with proven ability to lead a team In-depth knowledge of accounting processes, specifically in payables Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team management Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for reporting and reconciliations Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance; CA/CPA/CMA is a plus WHY BE A PART OF सादा / SAADAA?
