Your Role in a Nutshell

As an Accounting Associate, you will support the day-to-day accounting function and help maintain accurate and timely financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional to gain exposure to reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and month-end close activities.

What You Will Do

• Perform daily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Enter and maintain accounting transactions accurately.
• Assist with journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Assist with invoice processing and payment activities.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Support preparation of financial schedules and reports
• Assist with audit and compliance requests.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
• Support senior accounting team members with various finance initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with reconciliations, AP/AR, and general ledger activities.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader financeteam.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-growth organization.

Location: Remote(India)

Compensation: $5,000 - $10,000 (USD) + 10% annual bonus
