Accountant

Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity and compliance of the company's accounting information.
• Lead the execution and review of monthly and annual accounting close.
• Prepare and review financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement).
• Prepare and submit statutory ancillary filings (ECD, ECF) independently.
• Analyze specific accounting structures such as SPEs, SCPs, and corporate groups.
• Act as a technical reference for mid‑level and junior analysts.
• Support controllership and audit teams with technical information and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Postgraduate qualification.

• Advanced Excel.
• Advanced accounting knowledge focused on civil construction and real estate development.
• Proficiency in Brazilian accounting standards (CPCs) and IFRS.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of financial statement consolidation and result calculation by cost center/project.
• Organized.
