About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting for our industrial automation business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Handle GST, TDS, E-way Bills, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Manage purchase and sales accounting.
• Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and banks.
• Maintain accurate records in Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.
• Support payroll and other finance-related activities when required.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial company.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, E-way Bills, and basic taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP software.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
