Responsibilities

• 
  
• Play an important role in driving the financial success of the organization by partnering with the business.
  
• Collaborate closely with the FSSC Finance Team, providing high-level service and reporting to the accounts payable team leader.
  
• End-to-end processing and management of invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely handling in line with established guidelines.
  
• Register and verify invoices prior to payment.
  
• Support employees by reviewing expense claims submitted through SAP Concur.
  
• Respond to supplier queries and claims via email and telephone, delivering efficient resolution and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
  
• Experience in the feed industry or relevant sectors is valuable.
  
• Ability to work fluently in both Spanish and English languages. Other language is a plus.
  
• Strong Excel skills.
  
• Previous experience with Medius, M3 and SAP Concur will be considered an advantage.
