Accountant/ Advisor

Lineage Group is seeking an Advisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client services, fostering innovation, and improving processes. In this role, you’ll advise a high-net-worth family and businesses on tax and accounting matters while driving engagement excellence.

Salary package $88,000 - $95,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and tax compliance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Review financial performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain and continuously improve internal control structures.
• Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Handle moderately complex compliance tasks and review team members’ work.
• Contribute to advisory boards, family councils, and outsourced Family Office services.
• Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree qualified required and wanting to progress a Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualification.
• Strong knowledge of tax and accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with the client and in teams and collaborate effectively.
