Account Manager (Winnipeg)

Account Manager – Draeger Medical Canada Location: Winnipeg, Regina (remote covering Saskatchewan & Manitoba).The position is permanent. Responsibilities Achieve territory sales targets and quota on an annual basis. Conduct proactive sales of Draeger products and system solutions.

Maintain relationship management via CRM and understand the strategic go‑to‑market approach. Plan short, medium and long‑term deals using Draeger’s sales tools (e.g., blue & green sheets, GPO process). Update and analyze won and lost orders, monitor ROI on marketing actions, and report on results.

Coordinate problem‑solving issues for the customer (order confirmation, invoicing, delivery, training, and service requirements). Manage demos, including timing and equipment specifications. Inform the customer about market trends and adjust the account plan as necessary.

Report competitive information from the customer side to marketing and maintain competitive intelligence. Drive recurring revenue in Digital Solutions and LCS businesses by exceeding sales targets, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience.

Strong track record of sales success, preferably in a hospital setting. Nursing Degree, Respiratory Therapist Degree/Diploma, or relevant clinical background. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers, and company personnel.

Strong written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM systems.
