The Mission As our new Account Manager, you are the face, the voice, and the energy of Wildfire for our clients. You aren't just selling events; you are selling unforgettable moments. You’ll be nurturing relationships, pitching game-changing ideas, and closing deals that make our clients look like absolute heroes to their teams.
You’ll be based in our Sheffield office with the rest of our incredible team, but you won't be chained to a desk. You’ll be travelling to meet clients, shaking hands, and getting out on-site to see the magic happen at our events across the country. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Driving Growth: Taking hot leads and turning them into raving fans.
You'll be managing your own pipeline and smashing targets. Relationship Building: You aren't just a vendor; you are a trusted partner. You'll get under the skin of what our clients actually need and prescribe the perfect Wildfire solution.
Owning the Process: From the first electric conversation to handing over a watertight brief to our legendary delivery team. Getting Out There: Travelling to pitch to clients in person and showing up at live events to make sure the client is smiling from ear to ear. Who You Need To Be I don't care where you went to school.
I care about your drive, your energy, and your ability to make things happen. But to absolutely crush this role, you must have: Sales Experience: You know how to build a pipeline, you aren't afraid to pick up the phone, and you know the thrill of getting a deal over the line. You understand that sales is just helping people solve problems.
Event Experience: You know how the events industry works. You understand the difference between an escape room and a gala dinner, and you know what it takes to pull off something spectacular. The Wildfire Mindset: You are hungry, positive, and resilient.
