Role Overview We're looking for an Account Manager who is equal parts client champion and performance marketing operator. This is a high-ownership role; you'll be the face of PlatterHub for your client portfolio while directly driving campaign outcomes through hands-on Meta Ads execution. This is not a traditional account management or customer success role. You won't just be scheduling check-in calls or sending status updates. You will own strategy, execution, and performance for the accounts you manage, and you'll be measured on results, not activity.

Key Responsibilities: Client Account Management Own end-to-end relationships for a portfolio of brand clients; be their primary point of contact and trusted advisor Lead structured client calls: strategy alignment, campaign reviews, and proactive growth conversations Set clear expectations, deliver on commitments, and manage escalations before they happen Drive client retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities through consistent value delivery Performance Marketing Execution Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Own key performance metrics: CTR, CPM, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates across campaigns Continuously test creative formats, audience segments, and ad copy through structured experimentation Translate business objectives into campaign structures that actually deliver results Social Media & Campaign Planning Develop monthly and quarterly performance marketing roadmaps for client accounts Collaborate with the creative team to brief, iterate, and improve ad creatives tied to performance data Identify opportunities for full-funnel optimization from awareness to conversion Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices Reporting & Insights Build and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports that go beyond numbers; tell the story behind the data Translate campaign data into clear, client-facing insights and actionable recommendations Maintain internal dashboards and flag performance issues before clients ask about them Cross-functional Collaboration Act as the bridge between client expectations and internal teams (creative, product, marketing) Ensure smooth campaign execution with clear briefs, timelines, and feedback loops Contribute to internal playbooks and process improvements based on what you learn across accounts Must-Have Skills & Traits: Non-Negotiables 5โ€“7 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns (not just oversight but actual execution) Proven track record in client or account management. You've owned relationships and been accountable for outcomes Strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals: funnel strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, and attribution Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball Excellent written and verbal communication.
