Account Manager - Industry Sales (Data Centers) Join Hitachi Energy and play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable energy. As an Account Manager within the Industry Sales team, you will focus on the Commercial & Industrial segment, including fast-growing sectors such as renewable energy and data centers.
Based in the Greater Toronto Area, this role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact by connecting customers with innovative, value-based solutions that support energy transition and digitalization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow existing relationships and develop new business opportunities while contributing to a portfolio that helps power communities, industries, and critical infrastructure across Canada.

How you’ll make an impact
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and outreach
Achieve annual sales targets within the C&I segment, including data centers and renewables
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts
Develop and execute strategic sales plans and business development initiatives
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Maintain accurate pipeline data to support forecasting and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-based offerings
Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, IT management, or related field
10+ years of experience in technical sales with proven results
Strong account management and business development capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
