Account Manager - Faber Staffing Solutions

Faber is seeking an Account Manager to enhance relations and drive sales within the light industrial staffing sector in Toronto. Utilize your sales skills to connect clients with tailored staffing solutions. In this role, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and focus on light industrial clients, particularly in Hamilton.

You will generate sales, assess client needs, and present Faber’s innovative labour solutions, ensuring a seamless connection between employers and workers through direct engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively source new leads in the light industrial sector • Evaluate client needs and deliver effective staffing proposals • Organize meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations • Build and sustain strong client relationships • Assist in finalizing contracts and meeting sales targets Requirements: • Experienced in account management within staffing sector • Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle required • Strong familiarity with construction sales • Proficient using CRM systems, including Hubspot • Self-driven with excellent organizational skills Bring your expertise and passion for sales to Faber and help build a better workforce! #J-18808-Ljbffr
