Job Description

Job Title: Account Relationship Manager Company: Volante Systems – Jonas Software Location: NorthYork, Ontario, Canada – Hybrid (3 days in office) Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 CAD + commission, depending on experience and qualifications (per Canada legislation payment requirement) Position Summary The Account Relationship Manager is a key member of the Client Services team, responsible for building strong, long‑term relationships with Volanté’s enterprise and mid‑market clients. The role serves as the main point of contact post‑implementation, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and value realization through proactive engagement, business reviews, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of accounts.

Understand client business goals, workflows, and challenges to identify how VolantĂ© can support ongoing success. Conduct regular check‑ins and business reviews (QBRs) to track client satisfaction and adoption. Partner with Support, Product, and Professional Services to resolve client issues and ensure cohesive customer experience.

Monitor account health metrics and act proactively to reduce churn risk. Identify opportunities for account expansion or upsell and collaborate with Sales or Solutions teams as needed. Maintain accurate account records, including health scores, meeting notes, and renewal timelines in CRM tools.

Contribute to client advocacy efforts, including testimonials, references, and case studies. Qualifications 3+ years in a customer success, client relationship, or account management role in SaaS or enterprise technology. Strong sales acumen with experience in upselling and cross‑selling.

Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and customer lifecycle strategies.

Ability to manage multiple accounts with competing priorities. Manage accounts through both remote and onsite visits to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.

Experience with payment processors, merchant services, or payment integrations preferred.
