Avenge is looking to hire a dynamic motivated account manager to grow our business. The Account Manager must be a result driven, self-motivated, and adaptive while working in a face paced environment. The account manager will be expected to cultivate new customer contacts, generate quote opportunities with the ability to negotiate and win bids.
The ideal Candidate can be based in Calgary or Edmonton with the ability to travel. This is a full-time position, reporting to the senior leadership the Account Manager will be responsible for growth of existing accounts while focused on new customer business. Key Responsibilities Promote company by selling products and services and increase revenue and margin growth, create proposals and quotations for current and new clients Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and needs, develop new business, seek out opportunities and win business from competitors Aid in project planning and job implementation, providing feedback to operations to ensure fulfillment of client expectations Develop strategic account planning and relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships Collaborate with operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery, troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges, document necessary customer information Become a subject matter expert on our business lines of service Follow up and track project process and progress pertaining to client requirements Requirements High School Diploma, Preference to those holding post-secondary business or sales Certification/Degree Three years experience in sales (proposal, quotation and bid preparation) with proven track record in sales growth and business development Three years experience in Industrial Cleaning Industry (turnarounds, shutdowns), proven knowledge of industry and our organization Excellent communication, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software applications The ability to build and deliver power point presentations Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients, negotiate and build relationships Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network Ability to travel throughout and work away from home Class 5 drivers license (clean abstract) #J-18808-Ljbffr
