Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology, seeks an Account Executive for its Fintech Sales department. This role focuses on driving sales growth by developing strategic relationships and tailored solutions in the fintech sector. The candidate will leverage deep industry knowledge to meet customer needs with our cutting-edge technologies, thereby enhancing their operational efficiency and profitability.
This position requires strategic foresight, exceptional negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering customer-centric solutions. Cultivate new client relationships and maintain effective existing relationships within the fintech industry. Understand client needs and craft customized payment solutions that align with their business goals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and quarterly quotas. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to a range of stakeholders.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop new offerings that address market needs. Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems and payment technologies. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) is preferred. Any relevant fintech certification is a plus.
