Account Development Rep. - Automotive Software

Account Development Representative Location: Goodyear, AZ (On-site) Schedule: Mon-Thu 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-11am (flexible) Pay: $23‑$24.50/hr | Contract-to-Hire Contract: 90 Day Contract-to-hire Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to auto shops. Manage high-volume, short sales cycles. Communicate product benefits clearly.

Track leads and progress in CRM. Collaborate with your team to hit goals. Qualifications Strong communication and phone skills.

Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented. Telesales or inside sales experience preferred. Comfortable with CRM tools. 4‑year degree preferred but not required.
