Overview The Amazon Annapurna Labs team is responsible for building innovation in silicon and software for AWS customers. We blend cloud scale with highly talented engineers across silicon engineering, hardware design and verification, software and operations. The team is small, agile, and diverse, focusing on innovation and experimentation. Role Description You are a Manager III on the AWS Neuron team, leading a team of compiler engineers to develop, deploy, and scale a compiler targeting AWS Inferentia and Trainium. You will be technically capable, credible and curious, leveraging vision and technical communication as a hands‑on partner to AWS ML services teams. A Day in the Life Create metrics, implement automation and other improvements, and resolve the root cause of software defects. Build high‑impact solutions to deliver to our large customer base. Participate in design discussions, code review, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Work cross‑functionally to help drive business decisions with your technical input.
