Access & Privacy Compliance Analyst

Drive information protection and legislative compliance at NorQuest College as an Access & Privacy Compliance Analyst. In this temporary position, you'll report to the Compliance Consultant and play a crucial role in aligning access to information and privacy protections.

Provide advice on processes, conduct privacy assessments, and manage compliance incidents. Your analytical mindset will help foster a safe environment for NorQuesters while developing workflows for digitization and automation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Access to Information Act requests and assessments • Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and manage privacy breaches • Track and coordinate Personal Information Banks for the College • Support legislative compliance submissions and monitoring • Develop training resources for Access & Privacy initiatives Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in Information Studies or relevant field • IAPP certification or registration in progress • 2+ years in access and privacy legislation roles • Knowledge of relevant Canadian legislation • Strong organizational and time management skills Utilize your expertise to enhance NorQuest College’s commitment to access and privacy compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
