3PL Warehouse Team Leader

Temu is seeking a highly motivated 3PL Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. Responsibilities

• Manage third party logistics partners (3PL) performance, quality, cost, and capacity.
• Monitor KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to delivery, customer experience, and operations.
• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth execution during peak periods (e.g. sales events).
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers.
• Ensure high standards in safety, quality, and operational excellence

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. Fluent in English.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is perferred.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing small/medium size projects and delivering measurable results.
• Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Our compensation structure is designed to align with the cost of labor in various geographic markets across Poland. The total salary for this position ranges from PLN 119,000 to PLN 238,000 annually, based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies and location.
