Job Full Description NOW HIRING - Picker / Order Selector Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | $18.00/HR | Weekly Pay We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Picker to join our warehouse team! In this role, you will prepare and pull orders accurately for shipment, organize inventory, and ensure products are packed and staged properly. ⚠ Must be available to work ALL three shifts. Key Responsibilities: Pick and prepare orders using requisitions and order sheets Accurately pack, label, and stage shipments Verify shipping information and sign off on pick tickets Organize inventory and report shortages Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts Secure pallets using stretch wrap, shrink wrap, and strapping Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Follow OSHA and TSA compliance guidelines Requirements: High school diploma or GED Clean background (TSA-compliant environment) Warehouse tools and equipment experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced setting Team-oriented with good communication skills Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Pay: $18.00 per hour - Paid Weekly Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Apply Today!
