Role Description The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Core responsibilities include designing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing projects, analyzing market trends, overseeing content creation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
The role also involves monitoring marketing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns to achieve company objectives. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, including branding, advertising, and public relations.
Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Track and analyse marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree from premier institutes. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar leadership role.
SAAS experience specially experienced working with AI -powered video interview softwares Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in India and USA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in the technology industry. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
