Key Responsibili tiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, workflow, and system validat ion.Build AI-assisted automation solutions leveraging LLMs and agentic workfl ows.Develop internal engineering productivity agents, copilots, and intelligent automation to ols.Create RAG-based knowledge assistants and workflow automation soluti ons.Automate repetitive engineering, testing, and validation activit ies.Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI agent quality, reliability, performance, and hallucination mitigat ion.Integrate automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines and developer workfl ows.Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and validation teams to deliver high-quality automation soluti ons.Drive best practices in automation engineering, AI adoption, and software qual ity.

Required Qualifica tions5–9 years of experience in Automation Engineering, QA Automation, or Software Develop ment.Strong experience with Python and automation framework develop ment.Hands-on experience with API automation and tes ting.Experience integrating automated solutions into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, e tc.).Working knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI applications, and AI-powered automa tion.Experience with AI agent frameworks, RAG architectures, or engineering copi lots.Strong understanding of software testing, system validation, and automation best pract ices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration sk ills. Preferred SkillsExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frame works.Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Wea with UI automation tools such as Playwright or Sel enium.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with Docker and Kuber netes.
