Our pioneering technology and creativity allows our customers to ask for solutions that lie beyond what they previously thought was possible.Massiv Die-Form, a division of Magna International, designs and builds medium to large cast automotive and hot stamping dies.

Massiv Die-Form is proudly committed to manufacture products of the highest quality, reliability, maintainability and durability for the global automotive market through skilled and dedicated people focused on total customer satisfaction, ongoing protection of the environment and the profitable well-being of our company.Job Responsibilities:RFQ / Quotation ManagementReview RFQs and define scope/SOWCoordinate with engineering/tool shops for designsPrepare cost estimates (dies, fixtures, materials, labor, etc.)Develop quotes, breakdowns, and presentationsLead internal quote reviews and approvalsSubmit formal quotes with requirements/exceptionsSupport customer negotiations and follow-upsTrack quotes and maintain databaseLiaise with stakeholders (customers, vendors, engineering)Project Kick-OffCoordinate kickoff with program/engineering teamsCreate job numbers; enter contracts, budgets, and POsSecure base and change-order POsMaintain budget and system updatesMarket Research / Business DevelopmentMonitor new business opportunitiesAnalyze and report on market trends and dataSub-ContractingNegotiate pricing with tool shopsIssue POs and secure required documentsObtain key vendor agreements (NDA, bank, bailee, technical)Set payment and invoicing termsEngineering ChangesQuote and process changes promptlyCoordinate with cross-functional teams and engineeringLead customer/internal meetings to resolve cost issuesSupport negotiations, invoicing, and issue resolutionOther ResponsibilitiesDrive cost-saving and continuous improvement initiativesBuild and maintain customer relationshipsTrack opportunities and maintain quote recordsSupport HS&E/5S complianceProvide backup support to sales teamQualifications:Familiar with Automotive Stamping Dies, Check Fixtures and understanding of automotive industry trendsUnderstanding of business financials, proficiency in budgeting and forecastingKnowledge of cost management, pricing strategies, and profitability analysisFamiliarity with project management concepts - Milestones, Timeline, SOW, etc.Knowledge of automotive engineering principles, Vehicle Systems and ComponentsFamiliarity with CAD software (Spin Fire, CATIA, NX, etc.) used in automotive design and manufacturingDetail oriented and must have the ability to handle several priorities with the ability to maintain thoroughness and accuracy while meeting deadlinesBasic understanding of Purchasing Process including Request for Quotations (RFQ), Requisitions and Issuing POExperience in the Automotive industry is a strong assetAdditional Information:Compensation: Salary range of $80-120K plus bonus.
