Job Overview Inizio Engage Canada is looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Infield Territory Manager (TM) to join a national team for a new product launch. The role is field‑based and reports to an Inizio Engage Business Manager, Commercial Services. Contract Length & Compensation Contract: 6 months.

Salary range: 60k–65k, plus bonus and car allowance. Key Objectives and Responsibilities Responsible for the assigned territory to represent client’s product(s) in person (or virtually if needed) to healthcare providers, effectively communicating key selling messages about the product’s features, clinical benefits, and safety information. Deliver medical education in person (or virtually if needed), such as lunch and learns/CHE events and conferences to HCPs.

Develop comprehensive and insightful key account plans to build, manage, and improve trustful relationships with key stakeholders while maximizing performance. Liaise and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Virtual Team Managers, Medical team, Strategic Account Managers, and Marketing team strategically to deliver on territory). Attend meetings/conference calls to update product knowledge, share market knowledge and discuss strategies.

Complete daily CRM entries and other administrative duties to effectively manage designated territory. Monthly reporting of territory activities. Effectively manage expenses and budget to drive business.

Attend any promotional events within assigned territory and as per Business Manager’s instruction. Attend client meetings, conferences and other various commitments when needed. Attend and complete all required training.

What you bring University degree is required (science/business degree preferred). Experience: 1–3 years of pharmaceutical industry and clinical selling skills. Dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual.

Understanding of the accreditation of continuing education and IMC code of ethical practices. Previous virtual interactions with Healthcare Professionals are considered an asset. Previous cross‑functional territory planning experience.

Proven track record of success (winning performance). Strong business acumen and strategic analytical skills. Excellent presentation skills: Proven ability to communicate a message in an articulate & professional manner.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Valid driver’s license.
