Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives for ANewswire's SaaS products and PR solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, team management, demand generation, and growth strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing a high-performing marketing team, and positioning ANewswire as a leading player in the PR and media-tech industry. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & Growth Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases. Identify growth opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to optimize the marketing funnel.
Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team comprising SEO specialists, content marketers, designers, paid media executives, and social media professionals. Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution of campaigns. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture.
SaaS Product Marketing Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Work closely with product and sales teams to communicate product updates effectively. Develop customer-centric marketing assets including landing pages, case studies, presentations, and email campaigns.
Email Marketing & Automation Design and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and retention. Segment audiences and optimize campaigns for improved open rates, CTRs, and conversions. Experience with marketing automation platforms is highly preferred.
Performance Marketing (Paid Ads) Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and lower customer acquisition costs. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
SEO & Content Marketing Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic. Coordinate content creation for blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, and thought leadership initiatives. Monitor keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and technical SEO performance.
Social Media & Brand Building Oversee ANewswire's presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms. Develop engaging content strategies that enhance brand credibility and audience engagement. Monitor trends and leverage social media for lead generation and community building.
Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms. Provide regular insights on campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and growth opportunities. Use data-driven decision-making to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2โ4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a SaaS, PR, or technology-driven business . Proven experience in managing cross-functional marketing teams. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, social media marketing, and content strategy .
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on growth and ROI.
Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing SaaS products or subscription-based services. Familiarity with PR, media distribution, or B2B marketing environments. Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation workflows.
