We are looking for an analytical and detail-driven Data Analyst to join our team in Ottawa. Rather than just compiling numbers, you will own the entire intelligence cycle: finding patterns in complex datasets, designing automated tracking models, and delivering clear insights that help our leadership make proactive decisions.

If you know how to query deep, build scalable reports, and articulate what the numbers actually mean for business growth, this role is for you. Core Impact Areas Database Intelligence & Modeling Extract, clean, and validate corporate datasets from various cloud systems and enterprise databases. Write complex queries and optimize data preparation workflows to ensure high integrity and zero data loss.

Identify structural trends, cyclical patterns, and operational anomalies across key business metrics. Visualization & Strategic Delivery Build, maintain, and upgrade interactive corporate dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel modeling. Transform technical architecture and raw statistics into readable, high-impact summaries for cross-functional managers.

Partner with technical and non-technical teams to align data collection with immediate corporate milestones. The Profile We Are Looking For The Foundation: Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent hands-on industry experience). Technical Stack: Proficient in SQL and advanced data management within Excel.

Experience utilizing Python or R for statistical scripts is a major asset. Analytical Vision: A sharp eye for detail with a natural curiosity to look past the surface of a report and find underlying inefficiencies. Communication Power: Robust verbal and written English skills, with a proven ability to confidently present data findings to executive stakeholders.
