Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A (SG&A & CapEx) Austin, TX (Hybrid) Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A (SG&A & CapEx) to join our Support Office team. Make an Impact as the Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for SG&A reporting and forecasting, capital expenditure (CapEx) oversight, and delivering actionable financial insights that support Thrive’s corporate cost structure. You’ll serve as a key finance partner to senior leaders across corporate functions, helping ensure forecasts reflect real-time business conditions and enabling informed decision-making. What You’ll Do Drive SG&A Forecasting & Financial Insights: Lead monthly reporting and variance analysis, maintain forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
Partner with Corporate Leaders: Act as a trusted finance partner to departments such as HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to support planning, prioritization, and cost discipline. Manage Capital Expenditures (CapEx): Track and forecast capital spend, ensuring visibility into project‑level investments and alignment with approved budgets. Support Planning & Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes while supporting executive, Board, and lender reporting.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise to support strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable financial processes and reporting enhancements. Use data, insights, and strong communication to support decision‑making and drive results.
Your Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3–6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills; experience with FP&A systems (e.g., Adaptive) preferred.
Experience supporting SG&A and corporate functions strongly preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills. High attention to detail with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
