Job Description
Role Purpose The City Manager will be responsible for driving institutional outreach within the assigned geography to promote the adoption of Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) programs in colleges and universities. The role involves engaging with academic leadership, building relationships with institutions, and facilitating the onboarding of partner colleges. The City Manager will play a critical role in expanding institutional partnerships within the defined geography and supporting program implementation within partner institutions. Institutional Outreach Identify and engage with universities and colleges Build relationships with academic stakeholders including Deans, Heads of Departments, and faculty members. Present and promote IKS programs to institutional decision-makers. Partnership Development Facilitate institutional partnerships and program adoption discussions. Coordinate with Regional Managers to support institutional agreements and onboarding processes. Market Development Map the higher education ecosystem within the defined geography and identify potential partner institutions. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of institutional opportunities.
Program Implementation Support Work with internal teams to support onboarding of partner institutions. Facilitate communication between institutions and program delivery teams.
