We are looking for a creative and versatile Motion Graphics Designer & Cinematographer to join our growing team.

This role combines motion design, video production, and camera handling to create engaging visual experiences across digital, marketing, and educational platforms. Key Responsibilities • Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms • Handle camera operations, video shoots, lighting, and basic cinematography requirements • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling visual narratives • Design, edit, and produce videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and educational content • Enhance raw footage using motion elements, transitions, sound design, color correction, and visual effects • Plan and execute shoots, including framing, composition, and visual storytelling techniques • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication materials Requirements • Hands-on experience or a strong portfolio in motion graphics, video editing, cinematography, or content production • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Practical knowledge of camera handling, shooting techniques, lighting, and video production workflows • Strong understanding of storytelling, timing, typography, visual composition, and cinematic framing • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment • Basic understanding of sound design, video formats, and post-production workflows Bonus Skills • Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D animation tools • Experience in cinematography, short-form video production, or digital marketing content • Experience working on EdTech, branding, or social media content Why Join Us? • Work on innovative, creative, and high-impact projects • Collaborative, energetic, and growth-focused work culture • Opportunity to explore cutting-edge creative tools and technologies • Strong learning, exposure, and career development opportunities Immediate joiners preferred.
