Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MSP Sales - Account Manager position, based in Ancaster, ON. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships. Core responsibilities include creating and executing strategies for lead generation, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to foster customer growth. The role also requires handling customer inquiries, maintaining consistent communication, proposing solutions aligned with customer needs, and achieving sales targets.

Collaboration with internal teams to deliver the best possible IT solutions will also be a significant part of the day-to-day responsibilities. This is an in person position from our Ancaster offices. Qualifications Hunter Mentality Expertise in MSP sales, IT Solutions Selling Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Lead Generation and effective Communication skills Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service and managing client relationships Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve goals Previous experience in IT sales or managed services is an asset Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets Post-secondary education in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
