About the Opportunity Our client is a rapidly growing infrastructure and technology business operating across multiple international markets. Backed by significant investment and experiencing substantial growth, the company is building critical infrastructure that supports some of the world's most innovative and demanding technologies. The Role As part of its continued expansion, the business is seeking a Tax Compliance & Operations Manager to join its growing finance function.

Reporting directly to the VP of Tax, this role offers a unique opportunity to help shape and build a best‑in‑class tax function while gaining exposure to complex international tax matters across the UK, US, Europe, and future global markets. Key Responsibilities Group Tax Compliance & Reporting Manage the global tax compliance calendar across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate filing obligations, deadlines, and advisor relationships.

Prepare and review corporate tax computations, including R&D claims, capital allowances, and other available incentives. Support group tax provisioning and reporting requirements. Assist with indirect tax, VAT, sales tax, and withholding tax compliance activities.

US Tax Support federal and multi-state tax compliance activities. Assist with entity classification matters and energy‑related tax incentives. Coordinate data collection for international tax reporting requirements.

Support sales and use tax compliance, registrations, nexus monitoring, and exemption certificate management. Employment & Equity Tax Manage tax matters relating to share schemes, options, ESOPs, ESPPs, and payroll tax interactions. Ensure compliance with all related reporting obligations.

Transfer Pricing Support operational transfer pricing compliance activities. Maintain intercompany documentation and assist with cost‑plus framework monitoring. Develop a strong understanding of the organisation's transfer pricing model.

Governance & Controls Support Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) compliance requirements. Assist in designing and implementing scalable tax processes and controls. Work alongside finance teams to support future SOX‑readiness and governance initiatives.

Advisors, Audit & Operations Maintain tax‑related entity records and compliance trackers. Manage relationships with external advisors across multiple jurisdictions. Support direct and indirect tax audits, enquiries, and reporting requirements.

About You We are seeking a proactive, organised, and commercially minded tax professional who enjoys taking ownership and driving improvements. Qualifications ACA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification. Strong corporate tax compliance experience gained either in practice or industry.

Experience managing end‑to‑end compliance processes across multiple entities. Proven ability to work directly with external advisors and internal stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Desirable Experience Exposure to international tax environments. Experience supporting US tax compliance and sales/use tax matters. Knowledge of transfer pricing principles and documentation.

Familiarity with SAO requirements, tax controls, or SOX‑related frameworks. Experience within a high‑growth, private equity‑backed, infrastructure, technology, or data centre environment. What's on Offer?
