Procurement Specialist Hybrid Working – Bristol (3-days pw in the office) Circa Β£250 per day (Inside IR35) 12-Month Contract We are supporting a leading organisation within the defence and aerospace sector in the search for a Procurement Specialist to join a growing Supply Chain team on an initial 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with procurement or buying experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with stakeholders across complex programmes. Key Responsibilities Negotiate contracts for products, services and technologies.

Support sourcing activities and develop effective procurement strategies. Prepare and execute contractual documentation and agreements. Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance, quality and delivery.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Balance inventory, demand and supply requirements to support programme delivery. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with wider business objectives.

Analyse demand and supply trends to support informed decision-making. Communicate supplier performance metrics and expectations. About You 2-4 years' experience within procurement, supply chain or buying roles.

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge advantageous). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working within a dynamic and changing environment. Defence, aerospace or engineering sector experience would be beneficial.

Additional Information Hybrid working arrangement. BPSS clearance required. Must have full right to work in the UK.
