MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading beverage solutions business on the search for a Sales Manager . This is a permanent role covering Greater London , operating in a field-based and remote working capacity. As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across a portfolio of strategic B2B customers.
Working within a fast-growing commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key customer relationships while identifying new opportunities to accelerate business performance. This is a consultative, solution-selling role focused on delivering sustainable hydration solutions to customers across workplace, hospitality, vending and contract catering channels. The successful candidate will thrive in a KPI-driven environment, possess strong commercial acumen and be comfortable operating within a high-growth business that offers significant opportunity for career development.
Key Responsibilities Develop and grow strategic customer relationships across key accounts and channel partners. Identify and secure new business opportunities within workplace, hospitality, foodservice and catering sectors. Deliver against monthly sales, revenue and growth targets.
Drive account expansion through solution-based selling and value creation. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across procurement, operations and commercial functions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and account development.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting. Gather customer insights and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting innovative and sustainable beverage solutions.
What Are We Looking For? Proven success within B2B sales, account management or business development. Experience selling into foodservice, hospitality, workplace, vending or contract catering environments.
Strong track record of delivering commercial growth and exceeding sales targets. Experience managing and developing strategic customer relationships. Demonstrable solution-selling capability and a consultative sales approach.
Existing relationships within key foodservice and catering networks would be highly advantageous. Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing skills. Self-motivated, energetic and ambitious, with a desire to grow your career within a scaling business.
