The CISO will be responsible for implementing enterprise-wide security and privacy services, conducting threat analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role involves guiding and leading governance on information security, monitoring emerging technologies and threat trends, and serving as a trusted advisor to the company's leaders. The successful candidate will also be tasked with developing and operating a cyber risk management program, as well as leading the response to cybersecurity incidents and maintaining strategic relationships with external partners. Candidates for the CISO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and over 10 years of experience in information security leadership. A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar certification is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, computer science, or cybersecurity, and be adept at translating cyber threats into clear risk implications for executive decision-making. Experience in incident response, crisis management, and fostering collaboration in information security is also essential.
